On March 17, 2008, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee, established under the
Teaching Profession Act, found that Lori-Lee Simard engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared Simard ineligible for membership in the Association.—Published in accordance with the provisions of Section 44(1) of the
Teaching Profession Act.
