Young people participating in World Vision’s 30 Hour Famine will experience the hunger that millions of children live with every day. Funds raised during the event will help thousands of children and their families. The Edmonton-area branch of World Vision provides guest speakers to engage youth and to help plan the event. Presentations are adapted to age groups (ages 5–25). Participants in World Vision’s Youth Ambassador Program are eligible to be selected to visit Rwanda to see World Vision’s work in Africa.
