Pre-book an appointment with an ASEBP benefit specialist

ASEBP now accommodates covered members’ schedules, with personal appointments or phone consultations with benefit specialists. Each day, 15 appointments are available in 30-minute increments. This service will reduce wait times, as calls will be expected and the benefit specialist will have all necessary information ready. To book an appointment, call ASEBP at 431-4786 (ext. 300) in Edmonton or toll free from elsewhere in Alberta at 1-877-431-4786 (ext. 300).
