ATA President at International Summit on the Teaching Profession

ATA president Mark Ramsankar poses for a photo during the International Summit on the Teaching Profession, which took place in Edinburgh, Scotland, March 30 and 31. Since its inaugural edition in 2011, the summit has become an annual forum for open exchange on effective teacher policies and practices. It assembles governments and teacher organizations from a number of school systems from around the world. The main theme of the 2017 summit was “Empowering and Enabling Teachers to Deliver Greater Equity and Improved Outcomes for All.”
