On June 21, 2013 a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee established under the Teaching Profession Act found that Amanda Chilton engaged in unprofessional conduct. On February 25, 2014, the order of the hearing committee was reviewed by the Professional Conduct Appeal Committee. Both committees declared Chilton ineligible for membership in the Association June 21, 2019.
On August 27, 2013, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee established under the Teaching Profession Act found that Marianella Garcellano engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee found Garcellano ineligible for membership in the Association until February 28, 2015 and the appeal committee confirmed the order.
