On Feb. 2, 2016, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee established under the Teaching Profession Act found that Trevor Jason Wasylyk engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared Wasylyk ineligible for membership in the Association for a period of two years, effective Feb. 2, 2016.
