On December 11, 2012, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee, established under the Teaching Profession Act, found that Faryn Schnapp engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared that Schnapp is ineligible for membership in the Association for a period of four years, effective December 11, 2012 until December 12, 2016.
