The multicultural committee and leadership students of J. Percy Page High School, in Edmonton, hosted a celebration of community through diversity multicultural evening on April 26. The event featured foods from Latin America, Korea, India and Japan, just to name a few. Afterward, the festivities moved to the school’s PIT Theater, where students put on a remarkable performance of Punjabi (above), Irish and Afghan dances. Michael Yong’s and the lion dance performers’ stunning lion dance closed the evening.
