Parachute

Judges’ comments: Wendy Wylie, a regular contributor to the photo contest, writes that her kindergarten students celebrated the arrival of spring with a teddy bear picnic. A parachute played an important part in the day’s events. “The look of wonder and surprise on [the student’s] face as the parachute was going up and down had to be caught. I loved the colours of the parachute mixed with the look of surprise on her face—priceless.” The judges agree with Wylie’s observation. The vibrant and warm colours and the absolute look of joy converge to create the ideal image.
