Up, up and away

Every year, Busby Elementary School, in Westlock, celebrates a schoolwide theme. To launch this year’s theme—"Get Down to Earth"—students and school staff released helium balloons with notes attached. The notes ask anyone who finds the balloons to contact the school. "Hopes are high that people from all over will contact us so that students can communicate with them and find out what the world is like," explains Michelle Webb, principal of Busby School.—Photo by Kevin Berger
