What Is The Learning Team?
The Learning Team (ISSN 1480-7688) newsletter is published four times a year (fall, winter, spring and summer) by The Alberta Teachers' Association (ATA).
The newsletter, with a circulation of more than 24,000, is distributed to all public and separate school councils in Alberta.
Articles, commentary and editorial material represent the views of the authors and do not necessarily reflect ATA policy. The Learning Team does not carry paid advertisements.
The Learning Team, which has been published continuously since 1997, is a member of the Canadian Educational Press Association.
How Do I Subscribe?
Members of Alberta’s public and separate school councils receive The Learning Team without charge. Copies of the publication are sent to school principals. Individual subscriptions to the publication are not available. Schools can contact the ATA to obtain additional copies of a given issue of the publication.
How Do I Contribute?
The Learning Team welcomes articles from its readers. Contributors are advised to contact the editor about articles they wish to submit. Articles should be of interest to teachers and to parents. The editor reserves the right to edit any article for publication.
How Do I Advertise in The Learning Team?
The Learning Team does not accept paid advertising.
How Can I Obtain Back Issues of The Learning Team?
Back issues of the publication are available from Distribution, Barnett House, in Edmonton. Contact distribution@ata.ab.ca.
